Insurer among Top 10 most prestigious non-life insurance companies for second consecutive year.

Liberty Insurance was recently honored to once more be ranked among the Top 10 most prestigious non-life insurance companies in 2019, in an independent report from Vietnam Report on the country’s insurance industry.

This is the second consecutive year Liberty Insurance has been the only fully foreign-invested company on the list.

After more than ten years of operations in Vietnam, this second consecutive year of recognition comes as a result of Liberty’s ongoing efforts to bring the best services to customers in the country and affirms its standing in the market.

Liberty has always made substantial efforts to provide the best insurance products and services to both individuals and corporates in order to achieve its mission of “bringing a more secure and safe life to everyone”. Highlights include offering the first 24/7 service in Vietnam; being the first company to distribute insurance online and to issue insurance certificates online; opening the first Renewal Center in Vietnam; and now being named one of the ten most prestigious insurers in Vietnam in both 2018 and 2019.

Liberty Insurance is also the first insurance company in Vietnam to establish and manage a 24/7 Customer Service Center, able to meet all needs and specific questions of each customer, from providing information on products and services to receiving, guiding, and monitoring requests and compensation in both Vietnamese and English.

In particular, customers using Liberty Insurance’s website can contact the company through various convenient forms, such as phone, online chat, and email.

Not only focusing on developing the service center network, Liberty also bolsters new methods of distribution such as bancassurance through cooperating with banks and also works alongside leading motor car manufacturers. Moreover, Liberty has been developing online sales channels for Insurtech products with leading mobile partners in Vietnam, such as MoMo (e-wallet), Zalo (chat app), Tiki (e-commerce), Timo (e-bank), Adayroi (e-commerce), and OhioHealth - a comprehensive clinical services provider. Liberty will also continue to expand online sales channels through cooperation with leading digital partners in Vietnam to continuously grow and expand access channels.
