Sens Asia Travel has launched its Green Friday campaign, offering two of its latest tours in a nature-connection series - Vietnam Backroads and Ecolodges and Angkor Uncharted Adventure - to mark the upcoming Black Friday sales campaign at the end of the month.

Different from seasonal sale, however, Sens Asia’s Green Friday follows an anti-Black Friday concept as there is no specific discount on each tour program. Instead, travelers will take part in tree-planting in Vietnam or Cambodia, which is a good way to give back to local communities and raise awareness about sustainable tourism.

The specific locations are being kept secret prior to departure. Journey planners from the Sens Asia team will help tourists customize travel routes and provide little hints for their personal experience.

The Vietnam Backroads and Ecolodges tour will take visitors off mainstream routes and visit Vietnam’s second cities; a positive travel trend for 2020. For eleven days, they will get away from crowded urban hubs and live amid alluring nature in a variety of accommodation options, from friendly ecolodges and village homes to wooden junks on Ha Long Bay or modern hotels, as well as contribute to the preservation of nature through planting trees. They can also learn more about food production in Vietnam and sample some of the delightful cuisine that makes the country a gastronomic Mecca.

Meanwhile, the Angkor Uncharted Adventure tour offers a brief and captivating cycling day-trip adventure beyond Angkor Wat’s beaten paths, where visitors can extend their trip in Siem Reap. For a full day, they can discover ancient myths and untold stories around Kbal Spean, the river of a thousand lingas, taking a leisurely loop to mesmerizing landscapes along the cycling tour. On the journey back, the tour will take them to a local village to create a memento: planting trees. The day ends with a charming sunset cruise in the temple complex and its wondrous sites.

Having “oh-so-green journeys” like Vietnam Backroads and Ecolodges and Angkor Uncharted Adventure is truly a pleasure for Sens Asia Travel, according to Ms. Linh Bui, Managing Director of the company. “We always want to inspire visitors to Southeast Asia with a touch of privacy and hidden trails,” she said. “You need some technology detox, so we give you soul-relief therapy.
