Furama Resort Danang is now offering helicopter flights, the first resort on Vietnam's central coast to do so.

“Many people would like the chance to soar high a helicopter and it’s become popular in many countries around the world,” said Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh, Executive Assistant Manger at Furama Resort Danang. “It’s also become popular in Vietnam over the last two years. Furama Resort has introduced helicopter services to meet the growing demand among tourists, especially now the cost is quite affordable compared to the budgets of tourists to the city.”

Flights cost VND4,100,000 ($190) per person for a 12-minute trip, presenting breathtaking views of Da Nang city and its many famous landmarks, including the iconic Dragon Bridge and the impressive 67-meter-tall Lady Buddha statue at Linh Ung Pagoda.

The helicopter flights include transport to the helipad and a special gift. Each flight can accommodate a maximum of five people. According to Mr. Quynh, after flying over and admiring the beauty of Da Nang both intentional and domestic guests alike will fall in love with the city and the country, especially its beaches and islands.
