The Van An Phat Real Estate Company has officially introduced its Phuoc Binh Residence project. Located in a favorable location in southern Dong Nai province, Phuoc Binh Residence is between the under-construction largest airport in Southeast Asia, Long Thanh International Airport, and Cai Mep Port.

The project also has a well-developed transport system, connecting with the two expressways of Ben Luc - Long Thanh and Bien Hoa - Vung Tau, as well a central location for the three industrial zones of Long Phuoc 1, Go Dau, and My Xuan.

With a scale of over 1.4 ha and 90 floors, the project will have completed infrastructure when handed over to customers and has a flexible payment process.

Land prices around the airport have increased rapidly in recent times due to the development of transport infrastructure and the new airport’s construction. Prices in An Phuoc, Long An, Long Phuoc, and Binh Son have risen by approximately 20-40 per cent, while those in the area closer to the airport have increased by more than 60 per cent.

Long Thanh is making waves in the market, with projects such as Phuoc Binh Residence considered a profitable investment for all customers.

Van An Phat was established in 2015 by a group of investors in the real estate market in Vietnam’s south, especially around Long Thanh. Two years since being launched, Van An Phat has three large offices in Ho Chi Minh City with more than 200 employees and has introduced projects such as Long Phuoc Royal and Phuoc Thai Residence.

It handed over 80 properties at Thanh An Residence in September to customers, who paid 95 per cent of the contract, and received positive feedback. Phuoc Binh Residence promises to enhance the Van An Phat brand and its future projects.
