Savills appointed Property Manager at Grade A Hanoi office building.

Savills Vietnam has been officially appointed Property Manager of Belvedere, a Grade A office building developed by Trang Viet Investment and Development Ltd at 28A Tran Hung Dao Street in Hanoi’s Hoan Kiem district.

Belvedere is a unique boutique office building in the heart of Hanoi’s CBD with an art-deco inspired design.

It offers Grade A office space in a prime location with convenient transport and easy access to a number of State administrative agencies, embassies, and other large-scale office blocks.

Built on a total area of almost 400 sq m, Belvedere has ten stories with a total leasable area of approximately 3,000 sq m.

Property management services will be provided by Savills Vietnam during two phases: pre-opening and operations management.

In the pre-opening phase, Savills and Trang Viet will take over the technical system of the building and prepare for handover while establishing management procedures and consulting the developer on selecting service providers.

When Belvedere opens, Savills Vietnam will take responsibility for daily operations and managing outsourced services, building maintenance, risk management, and financial management. 

Ms. Vu Kieu Hanh, Head of Property Management at Savills Hanoi, said that with extensive experience in managing commercial premises in Hanoi such as Indochina Plaza Hanoi, BIDV Tower, Asia Tower, and PVI Tower, Savills Vietnam will offer professional property management services that uphold Belvedere’s Grade A quality standards, satisfy corporate tenants, and add value for the developer.

Savills Vietnam has also been officially appointed as manager of the Thang Long Number One apartment complex at 1 Thang Long Ave, Hanoi. The apartments are part of a stunning mixed-use development with office and retail areas.

Together with commercial and retail areas the development has over 39,000 sq m in two 40-story buildings.

Thang Long Number One is set in a green landscape and supported by modern infrastructure and internal facilities. There are kindergartens, tennis courts, fitness centers, indoor and outdoor pools, a shopping mall, and an indoor park.
