Savills Vietnam has been appointed as the official sales agent for Arden Park, the garden villas in the 32-ha Hanoi Garden City mixed-use urban township in Hanoi’s Long Bien district.

Developed by Berjaya - Handico12, Arden Park consists of 103 three-floor garden villas with contemporary spacious designs, open decks and terraces, a high-ceilinged lounge room, and a dining area.

Villas range from three to five bedrooms on areas from 144 to 270 sq m, with a contemporary façade, plaster surfaces with stone accents, and a sky lit staircase that allows natural light into the villa.

Arden Park is a combination of contemporary architecture and traditional garden design, featuring beautiful landscaped gardens, parks, and walkways throughout the township, offering residents a fresh and eco-friendly living environment.

Residents can easily reach Aeon Mall and Long Bien golf course and access major roads and highways leading to Chuong Duong Bridge, Hanoi’s city center, Vinh Tuy Bridge, Thanh Tri Bridge, and Hai Phong.

Facilities have been developed to offer residents the most convenient and best living experience, including shopping malls, a hotel, serviced apartments, a medical center, and a five-star clubhouse exclusively for residents, with a swimming pool, a children’s playground, a tennis court, a gymnasium, a mini mart, a restaurant, and a bar.

Mr. Tang Vui Woon, Project Director at Berjaya - Handico12, said that when developing Hanoi Garden City it wanted to promote sustainable growth within the community by improving the quality of life for residents with contemporary housing and modern infrastructure along with investment opportunities. “Arden Park is among our housing options at Hanoi Garden City and the ideal home for those who want to escape the city and enjoy a tranquil living environment while still enjoying the wide range of facilities the city has to offer,” he said.

Mr. Duong Duc Hien, Director of Residential Sales Northern and Central Vietnam at Savills Hanoi, said the east of the capital has good potential for growth due to the short distance to the CBD and easy access to new and planned bridges, so people living in the area have a shorter travel time to the city center than those in the west of the city, which is a major advantage.

In Hanoi, Savills Vietnam was recently appointed by the TNR Group as property manager for Goldmark City, a luxurious apartment, office, and retail complex.

With a low construction density of 23.3 per cent, Goldmark City offers residents a contemporary and open environment integrated with green space, parks, and fountains, creating charming, nature-friendly, and modern living conditions.

Apart from Arden Park and Goldmark City, Savills management portfolio also includes Richland Southern, BIDV Tower, and Artemis in Hanoi, and Saigon Pearl, The Vista, Avalon, Riviera Point, and Masteri Thao Dien in Ho Chi Minh City.
