The My Dinh Pearl project is expected to be in operation in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Situated at No. 1 Chau Van Liem, Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, My Dinh Pearl is an ideal place for residents to enjoy a quality life. It's a high-end condominium project that's been thoughtfully designed with the lowest construction density in Hanoi. The two buildings are only 38 stories high and have a total of 951 apartments.

The My Dinh Pearl will have amenities such as a swimming pool, a mini supermarket, a café, a restaurant, a tennis court, a golf court, a mini football field, a park with jogging and skating paths, a kids playground, a fitness center, and spa facilities. There will also be premium options for people who are looking for a high-quality apartment that is exceptionally well managed and has a full range of amenities.

The highlight of My Dinh Pearl’s apartments is the design of the living room, dining room, and kitchen which all have open spaces that provide extra comfort and space. Large balconies will allow the owner to be creative with their fresh green gardens and provide open air.

On August 3, CBRE Vietnam was officially appointed by SSG Corporation to become the exclusive property management agency for the My Dinh Pearl project.
