Hoi An Royal Group has begun construction of the Hoi An Royal Residences project, a luxury complex with panorama views of scenic Tra Que River in Hoi An, Quang Nam province.

The project has total investment capital of $44.2 million and is located at the gateway to Hoi An, just three minutes from An Bang Beach, becoming the largest tourism property project in Hoi An so far this year.

The project includes two phases. The first includes 44 resort villas (225 sq m each) and 87 commercial villas (142-150 sq m each).

The first phase is expected to be handed over to purchasers in the third quarter of this year.

The UNESCO-recognized Hoi An ancient town has skyrocketed in popularity and become one of the most alluring tourist destinations in Vietnam, thanks in part to glowing reviews on travel websites.

Besides the old quarter nestled along the poetic Hoai River, Hoi An also attracts visitors because of beautiful beaches such as Cua Dai and An Bang.

An Bang Beach ranked 16th in the Top 25 most beautiful beaches in Asia in 2016, as voted by readers of the world’s largest travel website, TripAdvisor. In 2014, An Bang also entered the Top 100 most beautiful beaches, as voted by CNNGo.

Travelers should consider, however, whether they wish to choose An Bang for a family vacation, as it has only simple services, several restaurants, and homestay services.
