A meeting with prestigious real estate distributors in Ho Chi Minh City organized by the FLC Group on April 14 witnessed many of the former signing cooperation agreements with the latter and agents.

More than 60 leading agents distributing resort real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City were in attendance, attracting the attention of businesses throughout the southern region.

The meeting was part of the FLC Group’s strategy in Vietnam largest real estate market.

Mr. Le Thanh Vinh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the FLC Group, told the meeting that the southern region has been identified by FLC as a particularly important market. “With a population of about 13 million people and a booming middle class, the south holds great potential for housing and investment,” he said.

In addition to deploying and operating large-scale five-star resorts of international standard such as FLC Sam Son, FLC Vinh Phuc, FLC Quy Nhon, FLC Ha Long, and FLC Quang Binh, high-end commercial real estate projects and FLC Holiday, FLC will continue to invest and implement M&As in key resort projects in cities and provinces in the south.

Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA), said he expects the FLC Group to work with the real estate community to send Vietnam’s tourism brand to the world. “I hope the mutually-beneficial cooperation between distributors in Ho Chi Minh City and the FLC Group will bring a breath of fresh air to the southern market, offering many opportunities for secondary investors and contributing to the overall development of tourism and real estate,” he said.

Mr. Vinh confirmed that agents will be given the highest priority in terms of brokerage fees and fast and flexible payment times. The FLC Group will support them to develop systems, provide training, and improve the capacity of their business staff.
