Property developer picks up Global Brand Award as "Most Innovative Property Development Brand 2017 in Vietnam".

CapitaLand Vietnam recently announced it won an award as “Most Innovative Property Development Brand 2017 in Vietnam” at the Global Brand Awards held by Global Brands magazine in the UK. The awards ceremony was held last week at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai.

Winners were selected from a competitive group of entrants, all of whom demonstrated unique and exceptional service delivery towards evolving real estate sectors. CapitaLand Vietnam was awarded the honor for its exceptional commitment to innovation, quality, branding activities, customer service, and performance in Vietnam.

“It is an honor for CapitaLand Vietnam to receive the award as ‘Most Innovative Property Development Brand’ for our residential projects in Vietnam,” said Mr. Chen Lian Pang, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam.

“Innovation is one of our most important key performance indicators. We cannot replicate current ideas and expect repeated success. Thus, we always make an effort to brainstorm unique concepts for every new project, whether is it through architecture, landscape or interior design, or sales package, marketing materials and customer service initiatives. This award is testament to our culture of innovation and is great motivation for us to improve in our upcoming developments.”

The Global Brand Awards were established with the aim of honoring excellence in performance and rewarding companies across different sectors. The awards honor those who have performed extraordinarily well and are presented to acknowledge key players who strive for fineness and provide a platform for recognition. The awards also aim to identify and create awareness about the significance of exceptional service delivery and reward performance.

Nominations are accepted for different countries and regions from companies in a wide range of categories. Nominations received at the national level are adjudged by an independent external research agency. To qualify for an award, the company must present accurate information as requested by the team.

The annual Global Brand Awards aim to identify and reward exceptional service-delivery by celebrating best-in-class brands.
