The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has further bolstered its position as the largest international serviced residence owner-operator in Vietnam through management contracts for its first premier Ascott-branded serviced residence in Ho Chi Minh City - Ascott Centennial Saigon.

Ascott Centennial Saigon is also the first Ascott-branded serviced residence in Vietnam and is to open in 2021. It will also be one of the first serviced residences in Vietnam equipped with smart solutions that allow residents to remotely control electrical appliances in their apartment.
Ascott Centennial Saigon will have 205 spacious and fully-furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments that provide business executives with luxurious living. Residents will have access to a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a gymnasium, an all-day dining restaurant, and a residents’ lounge. The serviced residence is part of a LEED sustainable mixed-use development that houses offices, educational facilities, restaurants, and retail and entertainment outlets.
Located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City’s CBD, Ascott Centennial Saigon is nestled within a riverside park where residents can enjoy a panoramic view of the district, Saigon Botanical Gardens, and the Saigon River. The serviced residence is also within walking distance of an upcoming metro line station, providing convenient access to the rest of the city.

The Ascott Limited is the largest serviced residence owner-operator in Vietnam, with 4,500 apartments in 22 properties.

CapitaLand’s wholly-owned lodging business unit, Ascott has secured contracts for another 26 properties with over 4,600 units across 18 cities and eleven countries. The new additions boost its portfolio to over 100,000 units. This marks the second consecutive year of record growth for Ascott, with the addition of over 30,000 units across 189 properties in 2018, making it one of the fastest-growing global players in the lodging industry.

Ascott’s global footprint now extends to 172 cities in 33 countries.
