Auto maker kicks off activities to drive towards providing the best in products and services.

Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV) has begun “Internal No Quality No Life” activities within the “NO QUALITY. NO LIFE” project at all departments of TMV and Toyota dealers nationwide.

All members will together make greater efforts to improve work quality, thereby providing the best products and services to customers.

Vietnam has been entering true globalization in recent times, with a new generation of customers adopting new ways of thinking and modern sensibilities. TMV has been striving to win the trust of customers and society with the best products and services, and quality has been the most essential factor.

TMV launched the “NO QUALITY. NO LIFE” project in 2017 to take quality to a new level, in which Work Quality is a fundamental part of product, sales, and service quality. 

The purpose is to win the “Smiles of Customers” by exceeding their expectations.

Work quality will be the foundation for product quality and service quality. Over the course of its development, a raft of innovative ideas from staff members have contributed to enhancing the company’s quality and performance. This shows the spirit of continuous improvement in the quality of work in each member of the Toyota family. 

Following the aim of “Leading Mobility” and becoming “The most beloved brand in town”, since its very first days of establishment in Vietnam, TMV has been striving to win the trust of customers and society with the best products and services. 

Through the “NO QUALITY. NO LIFE” project, TMV continues to affirm its commitment to meeting the requirements of customers, the market, and society, while at the same time constantly pursuing the goals of achieving quality and building customer trust.
