KPMG in Vietnam has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” in a recent survey published by Anphabe and Nielsen, advancing 18 spots on the prestigious list. It also had the added distinction of ranking first among the Big 4 professional services firms and was one of the Top 5 “Happy Workplaces” among all companies.

“We have worked hard to build a culture at KPMG that is challenging, purpose driven, and inclusive,” said Mr. Warrick Cleine, Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia.

He added that to be recognized as one of the best places to work in Vietnam is a real honor and testament to the unique people experience KPMG has to offer.

Anphabe, a global talent consultant and employee branding company, in conjunction with Nielsen, conducted the Vietnam Best Places to Work 2016 survey, which took feedback from 26,128 participants from three generations - Baby Boomer, Gen X, and Gen Y - in 24 industries. This year the survey included in-depth interviews with 50 HR Directors (25 per cent from Vietnam and 75 per cent from foreign enterprises), representing about 30,000 employees.

“With a mission to build a happy workforce in Vietnam, Anphabe always strives to find out the latest talent trends and thus provide comprehensive knowledge and solutions to Employer Brands (EB) in order to help companies attract, engage, and retain employees effectively,” said Anphabe’s Managing Partner, Ms. Thanh Nguyen.

KPMG in Vietnam is one of the leading professional services firms, with over 1,000 staff working from offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang. It also works with member firms across Asia and around the world to provide Audit, Tax, Legal and Advisory services.
