The Vietnam Hardware and Hand Tools Expo 2019 (VHHE) will be held from December 4 to 7 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.

Following on from three successful editions with the participation of over 2,000 reputable exhibitors in the industry, VHHE 2019 expects to welcome nearly 200 brand-new enterprises and promises to be the only event that maintains its position as a pioneer in international specialized exhibitions on hardware and hand tools in Vietnam.

The expo features 860 booths this year from 800 enterprises in 18 countries and territories with a wide range of interactive seminars and workshops also on the agenda at the four-day exhibition.

VHHE is an effective platform demonstrating the potential and wide application of downstream industries in manufacturing, assembling, repairing, and DIY. It also aims to offer comprehensive business matchmaking in diverse industries.

The main exhibit category at VHHE 2019 is a large segment for downstream industries in household appliances and tools, including tools, building hardware, DIY, manufacturing machinery, and fasteners. It will exhibit their latest products and introduce their wide application in electricity, repair, mechanical manufacturing, wood processing, construction, shipbuilding, and gardening.

This year, the organizer, VINEXAD, strives to reach two ultimate goals. First, VHHE will become a meeting point for prestigious brands from all around the world and prove the potential of the Vietnamese market, opening up many opportunities for investment attraction, technology transfer, and global chain links. Second, VHHE is to actively contribute to the growth of local brands, thereby improving the consumption of domestic commodities and promoting exports.

Mr. Frank Yang, APAC Regional Development Director of WERA, said the Vietnamese market has great potential. “We are participating in VHHE to approach local manufacturers and companies for mutual development in the field of tools and machinery,” he added.

PATTA from Taiwan (China) will share its plan on establishing a factory in southern Binh Duong province. To develop its brand in Vietnam and other ASEAN markets, PATTA will produce its screws and components stamped with “PATTA - Made in Vietnam” and meet all demands from local customers.
