Anphabe opened the Vietnam Happiness At Work Summit 2017 on October 12, in the presence of more than 600 CEOs and human resource (HR) managers from leading organizations.

With the topic “Driving Sustainable Growth Through a Happier Workforce”, the opening event, which is part of Anphabe’s annual “Thought Leadership” series, provides a new platform for leadership and management teams to join together to learn, share experience, and gain a thorough grasp of the latest trends in shaping an engaged, efficient, and loyal workforce.

More than 25 local and international speakers will address the summit, discussing five important angles: “Happiness Trends”, “Happiness Essentials”, “Happiness & Business”, “Happiness Leadership”, and “Happiness Innovation”. Each comprises multiple topics with interesting and surprising formats.

Anphabe will also officially introduce the ANPHA Community (Anpha in Latin means “the pioneer”), which includes leading CEOs and HR Directors who are all committed to sharing and updating advanced methods for HR management with the aim of elevating standards in the HR community and Vietnam’s workforce. Unilever Vietnam (“The Best Place To Work” from 2013 to 2016) has become Anphabe’s Strategic Knowledge Partner this year and is also chair of the Steering Committee of the ANPHA community and commits to contributing resources to the project.

“The mission that Anphabe always pursues is: ‘To Shape Vietnam’s Happy Workforce’,” said Ms. Thanh Nguyen, CEO and Chief Happiness Officer at Anphabe. “We also understand that it is unable to accomplish this mission alone, and needs the help of many people and enterprises. Therefore, the ANPHA Community will be a bridge that strongly connects Anphabe to appropriate resources and sends out more useful and practical activities to the community.”

Vietnam Best Places To Work Survey 2017

Anphabe will also announce the official kick-off event for the Vietnam Best Places To Work Survey 2017.

Over the last four years, this annual survey has won trust among and attracted enthusiastic participation from the business community thanks to its high degree of accuracy and reliability and up-to-date information on important HR and workforce trends.

In the ever-changing world of Industry 4.0, what will happen to jobs, the workforce, and the working environment in Vietnam? This is the main content of the HR trends the Vietnam Best Places To Work Survey 2017 aims to focus on this year.

The survey will also continue conducting in-depth measurements of Employer Brand Health (based on industry talent) and Employee Happiness At Work (based on company employees) for the Top 500+ Vietnamese businesses, to help management teams capture and improve key personnel indicators. Based on objective assessments from employees in 26 industries, enterprises with good results will be honored in the Top 100 Vietnam Best Places To Work. In order to encourage and acknowledge efforts to improve the HR policy of Vietnamese businesses, the organizers have decided to add another prize: Top 50 Vietnam Best Places To Work - Vietnamese Enterprises.

The research methodology and ranking result will be audited and advised by INTAGE Vietnam. With more than 55 years of experience, the INTAGE group currently holds the Number 1 position in Japan and is among the Top 10 global market research companies worldwide.

Thanks to the scale and reputation of the survey, it also attracts support and sponsorship from Facebook and Isobar - the world’s leading full-service digital marketing agency - with the aim of increasing the number of qualified participants.

Unilever, Anphabe’s strategic partner for Vietnam Best Places To Work 2017, will support it in orienting survey trends and ensure it better serves the need for information among Vietnam’s HR and management community.

Under the tentative schedule, in March 2018, Anphabe will announce the final results of Vietnam Best Places To Work 2017.
