Company picks up award from VET after meeting host of strict criteria.

The Phu Long Real Estate JSC was named among the top 10 Vietnamese Excellent Brands 2018 at the Golden Dragon Awards and the Vietnamese Excellent Brand Awards 2018 held on April 6 in Hanoi.

Phu Long passed strict criteria from leading economic experts in brand protection, product and service quality, business achievement, human resources management, innovation capacity, sustainability, social responsibility, environmental protection commitments, and community contributions.

It started to implement comprehensive restructuring in 2018, improving management capacity, applying technology into business activities, improving product and service quality, and creating sustainable added value for customers.

Phu Long has also expanded the scope of its activities and invested in developing smart cities and luxury resorts in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc Island, contributing to building Vietnam’s image as a prestigious country in terms of products and services and a leading destination in Southeast Asia.

In addition to its business activities, Phu Long also set environmental protection criteria in developing its products and services, participated in community activities such as building bridges in rural and remote areas, donating charitable houses, building and maintaining weekly soup kitchens, presenting gifts to families in difficult circumstances, granting scholarships, and sponsoring physical training and sports.

Phu Long aims to operate in accordance with sustainable corporate development standards in the world.

The Vietnamese Excellent Brand Awards are an annual ceremony organized by Vietnam Economic Times to honor businesses achieving excellent results in business activities and brand expansion into international markets.

In its 18th year, the Vietnamese Excellent Brand Awards was held with the theme “New Prestige, New Opportunity”. Businesses honored were those with excellent achievements in business activities and strategic plans to improve competitiveness in terms of human resources, technology, quality, and services in order to proactively grasp opportunities and cope with challenges from increasing international integration.
