Café Central An Dong at Windsor Plaza Hotel is hosting “Terrific Turkey” from November 22 to December 1, where guests can savor traditional Turkish delights.

There will be three different buffet menus featuring iconic Turkish dishes such as Dolma (stuffed vegetables with rice and herbs), Levrek marin (marinated seabass), Mercimek corbasi (red lentil soup), Firinda kuzu (slowed-baked lamb with rice), Ali Nazik Kebab (beef stew with yogurt and eggplant), Icli kofte (stuffed kibbeh with meat and pine seeds), Princ pilavi (rice with vermicelli), and Baklava (Turkish traditional cake), just to name a few.

The buffet is available for dinner only at a price of VND698,000++ ($30) per person from Monday to Friday and VND798,000++ ($34) on the weekends, both including free-flow German beer and soft drinks. There will also be free-flow sparkling wine on weekends.

The event will be headed by two special guest chefs: Executive Chef Kaan Avci and Sous Chef Ersun Gunduz from the Ayva Restaurant at Allium Villas Resort in Yalikavak - Bodrum on Turkey’s Aegean coast.

“We are very pleased to continue to bring guest chefs from around the world to our hotel, so our diners can experience the finest examples of the very best international cuisine,” said Manager Mr. Adwin Chong.

Café Central An Dong features expansive breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. A local favorite, it also has vegetarian options, monthly promotions, and international and Vietnamese cuisine. An extensive a la carte menu and dessert selection is also available for dine-in or take-away.
