Vietjet Air opened its new Da Lat - Bangkok route on December 18 at Lien Khuong International Airport in the central highlands city.

With a convenient flight schedule, high-quality services, and attractive low-cost tickets, the route will meet travel demand in the two destinations and contribute to promoting regional trade and integration.

Return flights will be conducted every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, with a flight time of around one hour and forty-five minutes per leg. Flights depart Bangkok at 10.30am and land in Da Lat at 12.15pm, while the return flight leaves Da Lat at 12.55pm and arrives in Bangkok at 2.30pm (all local times).

Vietjet is the first airline to operate the Bangkok - Da Lat route. It also officially opened two other routes to Thailand - Ho Chi Minh City to Chiang Mai and Phuket - on December 15, increasing its total to the “Land of Smiles” to six.

Thai Vietjet has also revealed new aircraft livery, bearing the logo “Amazing Thailand Tourism Year 2018”. It is second aircraft bearing the logo and one of the main activities within the cooperation framework between Vietjet Air and Thailand’s Ministry of Tourism and Sports to promote Thai tourism. Thai Vietjet has officially received Air Operator Certificate (AOC) recertification in line with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
