Feast Restaurant at the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa will present “Malaysian Cuisine Week” from September 14 to 22 to celebrate direct flights being opened on September 14 between Nha Trang and Kuala Lumpur.

The week will feature nearly a dozen spectacular Malaysian delicacies carefully prepared by special guest chefs from Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

Two experienced Malaysian guest chefs, Mohd Fauzi and Hasrin from the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, and Feast’s chefs will pamper diners with the finest ingredients and meticulous preparation. Mohd Fauzi and Hasrin will cook up a host of authentic Malaysian dishes, including Sup Soto Ayam (spiced chicken soup), Sup Tulang Rawan (spiced ox tail soup), Satay, Murtabak, Gulai Kamping (lamb curry), Mee Goreng Mamak, Penang Char Kway Teow, Nasi Briyani, and Bubur Pulut Hitam (black glutinous rice with coconut milk).

Malaysian food is the ultimate melting pot of flavors, a delicious blend of Malay, Chinese and Indian food traditions with a sprinkling of Southeast Asian, Portuguese, and Middle Eastern influences. Its richness and diversity are virtually unparalleled in Southeast Asia and stem from Malaysia’s captivating history.
