The VN-Index rebounded significantly after returning to the support level of 705 points and broke out of the resistance level of 710 points. We believe today was a technical gain, as many stocks declined to their support range. There is now a lack of supportive information and technical indicators. We therefore downgrade the VN-Index’s trend to Neutral from Uptrend. At worst, the VN-Index is likely to return to the support range of 700 - 705 points, which will fuel opportunities for disbursement and portfolio restructuring into fundamentally good shares.
