The FWD Vietnam Life Insurance Company has launched a new universal life product called “FWD Don dau thay doi”.

The product is an optimal combination of long-term protection and short-term flexible investment that will help customers best prepare for any changes in life and any unexpected future needs.

“As a leading digitally-driven life insurer, FWD will keep striving to give customers a convenient and unique experience when engaging with FWD,” said Mr. Anantharaman Sridharan, FWD’s General Director. “‘FWD Don dau thay doi’ will make life insurance easier to access and more convenient while meeting the needs of customers.”  

As part of FWD’s vision to change the way people feel about insurance, “FWD Don dau thay doi” is a breakthrough product that will make access to life insurance services faster, simpler, and more convenient for customers.

It also offers customers an innovative 24/7 e-withdrawal solution, the first of its kind in the market. Customers buying the product can access their policy accounts anytime, anywhere, and conveniently make e-withdrawals from their policy with just a few simple steps on their smartphone or internet connected devices.

“FWD Don dau thay doi” also offers total and permanent disability income support. In addition to the policy benefit, FWD will pay an additional benefit of 50 per cent of the sum insured to help customers reduce their financial burden in the event of income loss.

Another prominent benefit is the refund of all accumulated costs of insurance paid during the policy term when policyholders reach 80 years of age. This is a meaningful gift that FWD offers to customers in return for their trust and to encourage them to “celebrate living”. Additionally, the age limit for customers to purchase “FWD Don dau thay doi” is 70, to give elderly customers the chance to be insured.
